* “Barack Obama: The Story” () by David Maraniss

I had a great experience with Maraniss&#;s biography of the young Bill Politico and this book on Barack Obama&#;s early life did not disappoint.  Tight focus, somewhat to my surprise, research paper as much on Obama&#;s forebears trade in Obama himself.
